All my life I had wanted to live in Carteret County. I have family here with heritage dating back to 1745. It was time to make it happen. I like change in large doses. So with a new location I needed a new career. For years I had thought about a career in real estate and now it was time to act.In my first year as a Realtor I was awarded Rookie of the Year and Rookie Producer. I was also very proud to receive the Quality Producer award from Century 21. It was then I knew I had chosen the right industry. During my second year I realized I was missing what I had found most rewarding about my previous career: Coaching and helping others succeed in their career. I got more involved in the Carteret County Association of Realtors serving on the Education Committee and the MLS Committee. That led to becoming President of the Crystal Coast MLS and a trainer for new member orientation.After several years in the business I had the opportunity to meet Shirley Morrison and get a preview of their amazing agent training and mentoring. I knew in my heart I wanted to be a part of this great organization. Fast forward a few more years to a great opportunity to join them as Sales Manager and Broker in Charge.I am so excited to help agents grow their business with proven plans and strategies and not be in competition.
