Hi, I'm Mariela! I'm proud to call Richlands, NC, my home. I grew up working on my dad's farm, where we raised sows and cattle. This hands-on upbringing taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and community\342\200\224values I carry with me today. After graduating from Richlands High School, I spent over six years working in the healthcare field with dialysis patients. This experience taught me how to truly listen, communicate effectively, and stay calm under pressure\342\200\224skills I use every day in my real estate career. In March 2024, I married my high school sweetheart. Together, we share our home with two wonderful dogs, Dually (our Cane Corso) and Koko (our Golden Doodle). When we're not working, we love hosting friends and family, riding side-by-sides, or just enjoying time together at home. Before becoming a REALTOR\303\202\302\256, I bought the house I grew up in, and that experience really opened my eyes to the importance of having the right support and guidance when making such a big decision. This inspired me to help others feel confident and knowledgeable throughout the home-buying process, so they can make informed decisions and feel secure while navigating one of their biggest investments. I'm also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with a broader range of clients and provide a more inclusive experience for Spanish-speaking individuals. I believe in giving back to my community and spending time with loved ones. My husband, a heavy equipment diesel mechanic, shares my values of hard work and dedication, and we work as a team to make sure every project\342\200\224whether in the garage or in real estate\342\200\224is done right.
