Rosemary has had the privilege of serving her clients in the capacity of real estate broker
throughout Chicagoland communities for 20+ years. Her ultimate goal, as a broker, is to focus
on establishing and restoring lives, legacies and generational wealth to all her clients. To
accomplish this, she draws from her personal experiences as she comes from a family of
longtime property owners.
Rosemary knows the value of leaving a legacy for generations to come through homeownership
and investments. She has remained passionate over the years, helping hundreds of clients buy
and/or sell their homes and land. Navigating through the short sale process with her seller
clients while minimizing the disruption of their lives has become one of her signature skills.
As an agent, Rosemary has become adept at tailoring the needs of her buyer/seller clients. This
has enabled them to achieve their immediate goals through the sale and their long-term goal of
creating or restoring generational wealth. She works closely with an experienced team of
lenders, attorneys and inspectors to facilitate a smooth process.
