This Commercial game lodge is being sold as land of 114 ha with improvements (buildings) and movables. The owners are retired and not trading on a full commercial basis. This is their home and they have scaled back operations. However, everything is there to trade.

The lodge property offers two camps which were operated commercially, each providing guests with a unique experience. The lodge sleeps a total of 20 guests and provision can be made for children.

Six luxury thatched suites, currently 4-star rated, are tucked into the natural bush; with private bathrooms & outdoor showers. The suites offer a sitting area that overlooks the bush.

There are four traditional thatched rondavels situated a bit away from the main suites for privacy. Two of the rondavels have bush bathrooms with an outdoor shower, covered toilet & basin. The other two rondavels share a separate bathroom and outdoor shower.

The main lodge has a bar, lounge, Kitchen and swimming pool.

Next to the main lodge is a one bedroomed house which is currently used by the owners but could be converted to another suite and incorporated into the lodge. There is also a one-bedroom cottage in another part of the camp, this could be ideal for owners or managers to use if the conversion is done.
