VILLA CASTANEA in the center of Kostanjevica na Krki

We are selling a unique burgher house, built at the end of the 19th century, which was completely renovated in 2015. It is located on an island, in the very center of Kostanjevica na Krki.

Access to the house is directly from the main road Ulica talcev to the inner courtyard and also from the side street, t.i. gauze. The inner courtyard has enough space for 6 parking spaces (private), a small green area and an auxiliary building with technological and storage work. It is also possible to park next to the house along the entire length of the building. The entire building can be heated in winter and cooled in summer (air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps).

The building has a building and use permit for accommodation and catering activities. The property is for sale legally regulated and free of encumbrances.
