Hi! My name is Heidi O'Connor, an Associate Broker with Century 21 All-Service and creator of Central Virginia Living on Facebook and Instagram. Licensed since 2002, I'm experienced in residential, lots, land, farms, small commercial and vacation real estate sales. My Professional Designations include Associate Broker, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource), and e-Pro certifications. The knowledge gained from these designations have helped me better serve my clientele, but the best part of my job is helping people achieve their goals and problem solving. When I'm not practicing real estate, you can find me working on my farm with my husband, sailing on Smith Mountain Lake, walking my dogs or riding my horses.
