Kathy was born and raised in Winter Haven, and has lived in Polk County her entire life. This has given her a keen sense of community and a deep understanding of the local market. She loves interacting with people, and is highly proficient with technology. In addition to her real estate license, she holds a degree in Accounting. Kathy is passionate about helping clients find the perfect home, and specializes in in 55+ communities. Her hobbies include running, cycling, crafting, and gardening. She's also active on the board of her HOA and local Chamber of Commerce.
