She is versed in leading individuals, teams, and leadership up through the CEO into making big ticket, needle-moving decisions during times of volatility, transition, and risk.


Roma originally hails from Cleveland but considers Columbus home, residing in Bexley with her husband, Lee and two daughters. She comes from a large extended family and places high importance on staying connected and showing up for each other... values that extend into her client relationships.
