This farm is located in playa caletas which is five minutes from los Suenos Resort and Marina and ten minutes from the town of Jaco. The area of caletas has two hotels, ocean view homes and a new 17 story condominium tower being built . The farm itself is 150 hectars and 135 hectars are titled. It features amazing ocean views and a full kilometer of beach front, there is road access to the beach and to many of the sites in the farm.
The beach has a mix of sand and reef and is great for water sports like snorkel , kayak , paddle board, fishing and even surfing. This is a great location for having a development with hotels, home sites, beach club , hiking trails all in the lush jungles of central pacific.

Bordering the property is the Macaw national wildlife Reserve .
