Historically, this was the St. Augustine Shores Fire Station (no pole). Future uses are restricted by the deed restrictions for "Community" use. The building is about 3,600 SF and is a concrete block fortress. There is an office, kitchen, h/h bathrooms and showers and upstairs there is a half bath (open), storage (was for fire gear) and two large rooms (was living/sleeping quarters) and there's an outside emergency exit staircase. Three large overhead doors service the bays, and a building exhaust system and heater are still in place. The Fire Station is situated on a .67 Acre parcel, yet another 1.27 acres are included which are wooded areas on either side of the station.
