My areas of specialization include single family homes, new construction, and residential income properties. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in facilitating transactions involving trusts, probate sales, and 1031 exchanges.

One notable accomplishment in my career was successfully assisting in the sale of 59 tenant-occupied properties held in a trust. This experience showcased my ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver positive outcomes for my clients.

Outside of work, I am a proud parent to two children, and I actively engage in volunteering in their classrooms. It brings me joy to contribute to their education and foster a sense of community. During my free time, my family and I love to spend time outdoors, particularly near water. Whether it's at the lake or the beach, being in close proximity to the water brings me a sense of peace and tranquility.
