I am Demetra Katechis, a real estate agent with Century 21 BE3 and I have been in the Commercial and Residential industry for over 20 years. Originally from New York City, and my ethnic origin is from Corfu, Greece.
I serve clients in the Pinellas County, Pasco County, Hernando County, and Hillsborough areas. I am passionate about providing my clients with an amazing experience in helping them buy, sell, invest, and even rent real estate.

I am knowledgeable and experienced in guiding clients through the entire process, from the initial search to closing on their dream home. I utilize unique strategies to provide my clients with the best possible results.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy serving the local Greek community, swimming, reading, and spending time with my family and close friends.
