Kathy has been a long time member of the San Gabriel Valley community, living in this area for over 30 years. She has served as a school administrator, active community member and Real Estate agent, acknowledged for her honesty, work ethic and positive contributions to the community she serves.
She has served as a teacher and administrator in Monrovia, and a Director in the Mountain View School District in El Monte for twelve years. As a long time member of the Monrovia Library Board, she used her leadership skills to bring all stakeholders together to move through the process of successfully building the new library in the City of Monrovia.
She has a passion for helping families realize their dream of home ownership and has turned her real estate families into life time friends. She is committed, dedicated and persistent with an entrepreneurial background and strong communication skills. She is willing to work hard to solve any difficult real estate issues and is always results driven.
Kathy loves to travel, volunteer and enjoys being a grandmother!
