My past 45 plus year career has been in real estate and mortgage banking at the senior management level. After time as a stock market trader and bank manager I moved on to join the mortgage operations of two home building giants. There I managed mortgage loan production operations for Pulte Homes, the nation's third largest builders, and then for K. Hovnanian Enterprises, the fourteenth largest builder.
I joined CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises in 2009 and discovered my previous experience was incredibly valuable to help others with their real estate buying and selling decisions. Having worked with all kinds of buyers and sellers I am proud to say I am one of the top producers in our company, CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises who is #1 in the Southeast U.S C21 network, and ranked in the top 20 Nationally and number 21 Globally. I have extensive experience with both residential and commercial properties for sale as well as working with buyers and investors alike. My background has provided the experience to maneuver through almost any transaction including short sales, foreclosures or other transactions with issues beyond the scope of the normal real estate transaction. I am experienced with commercial property rezoning as well.
I grew up in the New York area and have been living in the South Shore of Tampa Bay for the past 23 years. My wife Donna, who also has a 30 plus year career in the building and real estate business, is my real estate partner. After buying and selling 17 homes of our own during our 37 year marriage we certainly have personal \342\200\234hands on\342\200\235 buying and selling knowledge to share with our clients. We have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
