My love for real estate has been apparent from my first home in Bellevue ~ a real fixer-upper! My real estate journey expanded from there to include many comprehensive renovation projects and I am a hands-on doer! Don\342\200\231t let this cleaned-up agent look fool you, I am just as comfortable climbing on scaffolding or ladders wearing worn out, stiff, paint-soaked jeans and a shower cap! My projects have included: hardwood flooring, fireplaces, tile showers, stairways, patios and landscaping. A few years ago I invested in and renovated a rental property that I now lease to a wonderful coupIe. I\342\200\231ve worked as a Project Manager and Property Manager for residential and commercial properties. These challenging and rewarding experiences have fueled my passion for all things real estate! Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active with pickleball, yoga, golf, baking, cooking, hiking, soapmaking, sewing, crocheting, gardening and volunteering. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with friends and family! My husband, Ken, is a financial advisor and we have 3 amazing adult children (Ryan, Matthew and Katelyn) and a little granddaughter, Cloe Mae! Life is good!
