Friedman
My name is Lynn and as an adult I went to Marquette University earning my BS in Business Management and Communication, graduating in 1998. During my working career, I have worn many hats, mainly in human resource or administrative management. Most recently, I worked for eight years a th Director of Employment Services for a non-profit helping older adults get re-employed who had been downsized or unemployable for lack of a specific skill set.
When purchasing my first home in the early 70\342\200\231s, I realized how nave and uneducated I was through the entire process After my last child went to school, I returned to the workforce on a full time basis working in a corporate office for a large nursing home chain in acquisitions and dispositions of nursing homes. Working with these properties peaked my interest in real estate and I decided to get my real estate license. I continued to work part time in real estate and always accepted referrals from family, friends and co-workers who knew the level of service and assistance I could provide in the home buying/selling process. I have had my real estate license since the mid 80\342\200\231s and always worked for one broker who was a full service broker at full service commission rates. In the past few years, I have lost listings as people want to retain more profit from selling their homes than pay the usual 6% seller\342\200\231s commission. This is why I joined Benefit Realty
One day this Spring, after my fifth grandchild was born, I asked myself that burning life question\342\200\246. IF NOT NOW, WHEN I always wanted to be in real estate full time but choices I had to make as a single mother prevented me from this goal. In July, I left my job to pursue real estate on a full time basis at Benefit Realty while also spending time with my small grandchildren this summer I refer to this change in my life as my \342\200\234Rewirement\342\200\235 .
Now I\342\200\231m blessed to have a wonderful husband with a good sense of humor and patience Also keeping me busy aside from work are my three grown children, five grandchildren, two grand-cats and one grand-dog Through the years, I have helped my children buy and sell their properties and recently sold my youngest son and family a beautiful lannon stone ranch in Oak Creek only one mile from where we live Some say that\342\200\231s too close for comfort but I love it!
Knowing that buying or selling a home can be a very emotional and stressful event in your life, I work hard at helping each customer understand the process and what the steps will be in securing their loan or selling their home To use a sports term, you need a great \342\200\234game plan\342\200\235. Allow me to help you over the hurdles and walk with you through this process Why would you use a full commission broker when the most you will pay is 3.9% if you sell your home with Benefit Realty This rate can be even less if we sell your home and find your next home for you by closing My passion is meeting new people and helping their dreams become a reality. Call me~I want to be your Realtor!
