My wife, my two children, and I have called Citrus County, Florida home for over a decade. When I first moved here, many people asked, \342\200\234Why?\342\200\235 the general assumption was that a larger metro area would be more desirable for a young family. But the answer for me was simple; one would be hard-pressed to find natural beauty, a strong community, and a small-town lifestyle all in one place. Citrus County\342\200\224as well as the surrounding counties of West Central Florida\342\200\231s Nature Coast\342\200\224is that place.
So, why did I get into real estate? From an early age, I have been involved in it, from working in my family\342\200\231s custom home business to buying my first property at the ripe old age of 19 to locating expired listings for purchase. I learned firsthand what is needed to effectively serve my real estate clients.
