Born and raised in a small town sixty miles outside of downtown Chicago, Steven has thoroughly enjoyed making the transition from rural to urban living in the West Loop after having gained significant experience in finish carpentry and residential construction, as well as having served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 8 years. Since purchasing his first home at the age of 20, Steven realized the importance of investing in real estate, and decided to pursue his passion for sales after returning from an active duty deployment to Afghanistan in 2009.Steven's extensive experience in building custom homes helps him to identify and target properties that make sound investments.
