In the early 1980\342\200\231s, Cris bought her first piece of land. Acting as general contractor, she took out a construction loan to build her first home at age 19 while working as a computer programmer. This started the passionate path into the real estate life. Having worked for various National and Regional Home Builders for almost 20 years, her insights into how builders work best with customers enables her to provide clients with the best negotiation strategy.
