I have lived in Alaska 44 years. Grew up in Oregon and moved to Seattle after college graduation. I enjoy the beautiful outdoor life both In the Northwest and Alaska.The position that brought me to Alaska was with the largest Food Brokerage here at that time. My sales position allowed me to visit nearly all of Alaska from Nome to Ketchikan, Kodiak to the Canadian Border. I progressed to Vice President and President of the Alaska Division.When I moved from Seattle in 1973 to Alaska I had been a Real Estate Agent and Broker in the South End of Seattle. It was a natural progression for me to move back into Real Estate Relocation Service in 2003 when Century 21 was selected to handle the relocation work here. I knew the management, our state and the Anchorage Basin along with all the areas we serve.I have continuously served Relocation Buyers and Sellers, both Military and Corporate now since 2003. With nearly 300 closed relocation transactions all with Century 21. I have become very experienced with the needed details of any type file and needs of my clients, lenders along with title companies. During this 14 year Relocation Service I have earned many achievement awards including the prestigious Centurion Award. I have been recognized as the Relocation Agent of the year now in 2013 and 2016.I derive great pleasure in working with military and corporate families. It is very gratifying for me when I am able to help manage the stress and anxiety of the entire process off of their shoulders. I know that I provide great value and many of my past clients become repeat buyers and sellers.My specialty is Single Family new and used along with Condo new and used. I am proficient in all price brackets and all areas from Anchorage to Eagle River and out to Wasilla/Palmer. Also do a lot of listings again in all price brackets and property types for Military and Corporate Families.
