I have lived in the Wilmington area for the past 30 years, both in New Hanover County as well as Brunswick County. My family moved here from upstate New York after my parents decided no more snow, no more shoveling driveways and no more long cold winters! I have adapted the warm beach life here, and know a vast amount of this area along with things to do and AMAZING places here!
I love finding things to do around our area, from a summer festival nearby, going to the beach and relaxing at the ocean, kayaking our beautiful estuaries, taking the boat out to fish and dock somewhere for lunch with a beautiful view or taking a short drive to one of the many close by small beach towns for the day. I am an avid traveler, I have been to more than half of our country, and mainly by car! I love a good road trip, and appreciate the difference in scenery, food and influences through each state.
I have a great love for Real Estate, even before becoming a Realtor. I also studied Interior Design and have an absolute admiration for each home\342\200\231s uniqueness and character. I have previously owned businesses that help hosts with their short-term rentals here locally, including maintaining, staging and taking care of their properties. For those looking for income producing properties, I can help with this as well.
