I have seen virtually every market condition from extremely active to very slow. In that time, I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. Each market has its own unique challenges and I've experienced them all. Before my career as an agent, I spent 20 years in construction in both residential and commercial. My experience in both construction and real estate gives me a unique perspective that very few agents have. From market conditions to property conditions and value I know how to advise my clients to achieve the best outcome for them. I have earned the Graduate Realtor Institute, Seller Representative Specialist, and Military Rewards Program designations. I teach Continuing education instructor teaching Ethics, Predatory lending and Flipping, Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures, Broker Supervision, Legal and Legislative Update and Fair Housing. I serve as adjunct faculty at Frederick Community College teaching real estate licensing course and adjunct faculty at Hagerstown Community College teaching real estate licensing course and numerous continuing education courses.
