Following a successful stint of 2.5 years, she transitioned to Ticomo Valley Escrow, RE/MAX's in-house escrow department. Subsequently, in 2004, Ruth attained her real estate license, marking the commencement of her journey as a real estate agent. For Ruth, obtaining her real estate license proved transformative, evolving into her most fulfilling endeavor yet.
