The apartment house is located in the heart of Pokljuka in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel Šport. It was completely renovated in 2017 and has six apartments on 3 floors, three have balconies, one has a separate entrance. On the ground floor it has common areas for preparing skis, an outdoor garden shed for storing bicycles and outdoor garden furniture.

In front of the house there is space for 6 cars and a connection for an electric charger.

Heating of the building is central on gas. The installations are adapted to the micro-locations of interior design elements. Each apartment has its own water, electricity and heating meter, appropriate thermostatic controllers for heating and light control. The bathrooms are equipped with sanitary ware of a higher price class.
