Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:

- Payment of monthly rent of 5,900 euros;

- Minimum rental period of 5 years with the possibility of extension;

- The rental agreement is concluded in a notarial document with split payment;

- The deposit amounts to: 1 x rent;

- The rent does not include current costs that the tenant takes over (electricity, water-sewerage, internet, telephone and possible and the cost of building insurance);

- The lessee undertakes to pay part of the agreed commission in a one-time amount of 1,000 euros + 22% VAT.
