"Villa Majmajola - 8 luxury villas with swimming pools"  

The villas are located on a beautiful hill not far from Vodnjan, surrounded by greenery and olive trees. • Walls: made of heat-insulating bricks 25 cm thick. Anti-seismic ab ties installed.


• The building will be covered with a reinforced concrete slab, the roof will be finished with attics.


• Complete perimeter of the building: insulated with thermal insulation - styrofoam.


• The inner side of the walls: treated with mechanical plasters.


• Cement screeds: installed throughout the building.


• Suspended ceilings (plasterboard panels laid on the structure): implementation throughout the building. All installations: hidden in the suspended ceiling.


• Roof: roofing foil - protected by small stones.

• Windows and doors: Alu profiles

3. INSTALLATIONS

• Thermal energy (warm and cold): provided by a heat pump based on the air-water system.


• Temperature regulation in the rooms: ensured by a combination of floor heating and convectors. It is a fully automatic temperature regulation system, but we can influence individual parameters.


• The entire facility: actively ventilated with the support of a recuperator.


• The outdoor pool: heated via a heat pump.

4. FINAL PROCESSING

• Finishing works: done in accordance with the project, or according to the agreement with the customers.
