VILLA CASTANEA in the center of Kostanjevica na Krki

We are selling a unique burgher house, built at the end of the 19th century, which was completely renovated in 2015. It is located on an island, in the very center of Kostanjevica na Krki.

The inner courtyard has enough space for 6 parking spaces (private), a small green area and an auxiliary building with technological and storage work. It is also possible to park next to the house along the entire length of the building. The entire building can be heated in winter and cooled in summer (air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps).
