I have 36 years in the Real Estate Business, beginning in 1981. I retired from the military after 24 years of service. The first 10 years was in the Navy in Nuclear Submarines. The last 14 years were in the Army National Guard. I have many family ties to military service. My Father and many Uncles served in WWII and after. My son-in-law is on active duty in the Navy stationed in Japan. I have a Granddaughter and Nephew who currently serve on active duty in the Navy and Air Force respectively.
I have extensive experience in the Residential Real Estate field. The benefits to you will be that I understand not only the current tools being used today, but the reasons for these tools and the principles they are based on. I am also very knowledgeable in the Omaha Metro Market having grown up in the area and also my many years of listing and selling properties in Cass, Sarpy, and Douglas Counties. I am well versed in difficulties of a Military Relocation and the pressures it places on the member and their families.
